B2B ORIGINALS BLOG

Meet the man behind Post-Modern Marketing.

Tom Stein is ushering in the era of Post-Modern Marketing, our industry’s rebalancing of marketing science and human emotion.

Why’s Tom so cool?

In his career, Tom is a two-time marketing hall of famer, having been inducted into ANA Business Marketing Hall of Fame in 2017 and the Creative Excellence in Business Advertising (CEBA) Hall of Fame in 2008. In his mind, Tom is a rock ‘n roll hall of famer, having won several agency battle of the bands as bass guitarist of Cheaper Than Bowling.

Tom is a founding partner of global B2B marketing agency Stein IAS and a leader and innovator in B2B marketing for more than 30 years. As Chairman and Chief Client Officer, he has been part of the leadership team that has propelled Stein IAS to global Agency of the Year designation by the ANA Business Marketing for an unprecedented seven times over nine years (2018, 2017, 2016, 2015, 2013, 2011 and 2010).

Most importantly, Tom endeavors valiantly (if sometimes vainly) to balance leading an amazing, global B2B agency with helping his beloved wife Gina raise their amazing twins.
